Another trend that is not losing ground is the image of the family or pets. And the better emotions are conveyed, the more they will hook a potential buyer. If the property has certain advantages – a beautiful view from the window, clean air, a park, etc. – it would be better to show this in advertising in order to evoke a clear emotion – “I want to live here!”
Humor is another feature of effective real estate advertising. Subtle and understandable to most humor will definitely draw attention to the offer, but sometimes RAs take risks using the so-called “black humor” in advertising. It is not always appropriate, it often causes a double impression, but if you pick a good picture for it, it will cause more positive than negative emotions.
And, by the way, about emotions. Today, more and more often there are not just advertising campaigns on billboards, but whole stories that begin with intriguing, almost empty boards with a single word or hashtag, which eventually unfold into full-fledged advertising campaigns with a ready-made offer. Bright colors, contrasts, large letters – all this attracts attention even among the large amount of advertising that surrounds us.
So, in real estate advertising, you can use both ready-made trends, and combine them or create your own solutions. The more creative they are, the more likely the ad will be noticed. But the main thing to remember is that the creative should only emphasize and enhance the advertising offer, and not dominate it, diverting attention.
